Meet Our Expert
Paul Furnari is a culinary-school trained food and nutrition specialist with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Professional Services. He brings to Acurity 15 years of experience, including as a self-operator of food operations, a contract manager and site director for Sodexo, and as Senior Area Manager for Metz Culinary Management—one of the top 20 management companies in the country. Paul has held positions at Brooklyn Hospital, New York Hospital Queens, and South Nassau Communities Hospital, helping to guide those organizations toward greater productivity, profitability, and cost reduction.
