Running an efficient OR is expensive. In fact, the average cost of OR time is $62 per minute. That’s $3,720 an hour. On top of this, various OR factors can contribute to process obstacles that ultimately lead to expensive case delays, which are measured not only by the hard dollar cost of staffing and products but also by the clinical quality of care.

Our experts provide hands-on expertise related to reducing perioperative variability. These saving strategies combined with our expertise ensure that your system is both cost-effective and marketable as a result of renewed operational effectiveness, patient experience, and physician and staff satisfaction.
